Out-of-town delegates should be sure to book accommodation early, as Toronto is hosting a number of city-wide events this fall. There are a limited number of guestrooms available at the Novotel Toronto Centre.
Registration fees do not include hotel accommodation. Registration fees include all conference materials, continental breakfast, lunch, and
refreshments. Parking and accommodation are not included.

Group Discount
Send your team: if two or three people register together at the same time, you are eligible for group savings. For groups of four or more, please contact us.
All discounts will be applied against the full conference fee. You cannot
combine multiple discounts - only one discount can be used per registration.
Cancellation Policy

| Substitutions may be made at any time. If you are unable to attend, please make cancellations
in writing and fax to 1-800-558-6520
prior to September 6, 2011.
A credit voucher will be issued to you for the full amount, redeemable against any other Infonex conference.
Credit vouchers are redeemable for twelve months (1 year) from date of issue. Alternatively,
you may request a refund of fees paid, less a 15% administrative fee. Registrants who cancel after
September 6, 2011,
will not be eligible to receive any credits or refunds and are liable for the entire registration fee.
Confirmed delegates who do not cancel before
September 6, 2011 and fail to attend will be liable for the entire registration fee.
INFONEX reserves the right to cancel any conference it deems necessary. In the unlikely event that a conference is cancelled, INFONEX's liability is limited to paid registration fees; INFONEX will not assume any further liability for incidental costs including (but not limited to) hotel and air fare. INFONEX also reserves the right to change the date, location, and content for event(s) offered herein without further notice and assumes no liability for such changes.

The INFONEX Quality Guarantee
If you find that this event does not meet the high quality standards you expect
from INFONEX, we will issue you a letter of credit equal to the value of the event. The individual
delegate or any member of his or her company may use this letter of credit for twelve (12) months from date of issue. Write us a letter describing why you were dissatisfied and direct
it to the General Manager.
